Our Approach
At WinDeco, every industrial project follows a structured and pragmatic methodology designed to secure technical decisions while optimising costs, lead times and quality.
From the moment we receive an RFQ, we analyse the request in detail to understand the technical constraints, functional objectives and economic targets of the project.
Based on this analysis, we do more than simply forward the request. We systematically challenge the specifications. Thanks to our practical experience and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, we identify optimisation opportunities, propose relevant technical alternatives and guide the project towards the most suitable solution.
We then select the most appropriate manufacturing partners within our international network according to the required technologies, production volumes and localisation requirements. This step ensures optimal alignment between the client's needs and the manufacturer's production capabilities.
Once the initial quotations have been prepared, we support our clients in evaluating the different options to facilitate decision-making. When required, a rapid prototyping phase is implemented to validate technical choices and secure the transition to serial production.
After validation, we coordinate with the selected manufacturers and oversee the production launch. Rigorous monitoring is carried out throughout every stage to ensure compliance with quality, delivery and performance requirements.
